A. Could you tell me where A building is?
B. Go down the street about 15 minutes.
C.Could you tell me where A building is?
D. Go up the street about 15 minutes.

Could you please tell me the diffrence in nuance between "Go down the street about 15 minutes. " and "Go up the street about 15 minutes. " ?
