She goes to her office by/using/on her scooter everyday.
She uses car for office commute/commuting.

1st sentence: Which one should I use
2nd sentence: should I use commute or commuting. Where all can I use the word commute?

She commutes to work by driving.
I don't think you can ride a scooter on the freeway, not in the US anyway.

Ok suppose if it is a garden or any other place other than office how can use word "scooter" in the sentence? can I say she commutes to garden/restaurant/park by scooter?

In The UK, you don't have to be on freeway to be commuting. many British commuters travel to work by train.
