"On the trip, he and his friends went around to many places."
"On the trip, he and his friends went to many places."

What difference does "around" make?

if we say he went around his friend's home , it means he may or not went into the home but if we say he went to his friend's home.. hope u will be satisfied with it.........

if we say he went around his friend's home, it means he may or not went into the home but if we say he went to his friend's home..it means he went into his friend's home....this is what i can say...hope u will be satisfied with it.........
