B. Sorry I can't come.

Situation (A person asks you go to a party. It is not their party. Someone else party)
A. Can you go to the party?
B. Sorry I can't go.
(Using come would be wrong wouldn't it?)

B. Sorry I can't come.

A. Can you go to Bill's party? ( Here you show an invitation but it is not your party but Bill's)
B. Sorry I can't go.

Are the above correct? Thanks Fulvio

Hello, Fulvio. Your choices are basically correct, but there is no absolute necessity for B to respond with the same verb as A uses. Much depends on the surrounding context and on the speaker's mental vantage point re coming and going.
