"Gluing firmly is key."

"Gluing firmly is key."

Does it make sense to you? If so,

- Does it mean that it is crucial to glue something very well?

- Is this sentence complete? Doesn't it need to end with a phrase such as "(...) to the success of the project"?

- Can I also say that "firmly gluing is key" (can I change the position of the adverb?)

- Is it absolutely ok to use or a little updated, too informal etc.?

Thank you!
