Glasses or a pair of glasses

There is no staff in this department who does not wear glasses.

There is no member of staff who does not wear a pair of glasses.

Which one is grammatically correct? Do I need to change glasses into singular form?

Both are correct but the second one is too long and wordy. The first one is what you'd hear - unless the department is one that sells glasses.

Only #2 is correct.

staff means all the employees. An individual employee is a member of the staff.

You can also avoid the negatives by saying

eg The staff all wear glasses.
