Giving a seat

Please check the following sentences. Which is acceptable or better?

(1) Mike took the paunchy woman to be pregnant, so he gave his seat to her.

(2) Mike took the paunchy woman to be pregnant, so he offered his seat to her.

(3) Mike took the paunchy woman to be pregnant, so he yielded his seat to her.

I find one and two equally acceptable. Context might determine whether or not she was presenting herself as wanting the seat. Whether or not simply getting up constitutes offering the seat is arguable.
