"Given are two diagrams..." Is it correct?

Could anyone explain to me this sentence:

"Given are two diagrams that explain the relationship between X and Y."

Why "given" is placed at the beginning? Is it an inversion? How is this sentence structured?

Thanks!

I think you can say, " The two diagrams which are given below explain the relationship between X and Y. This is a complex sentence with the subordinate clause (adjectival clause)- "which are given below" I think given is placed first for emphasis.
