"Give (to) those who cannot give (you) back"

1. Give to those who cannot give you back.
2. Give those who cannot give you back.
3. Give those who cannot give back.
4. Give to those who cannot give back.
5. Give those who cannot give you back.

The first is correct. But I am not sure of the rest.

I'd delete the 'you' from #1. #2, #3 and #5 are not natural.

1. Give to those who cannot give you back.

You are saying that "you" is the gift being given. That is not the meaning you want. A direct object is required.

Give gifts/money/charity to those who cannot give them/it back to you.

Or you can remove "you."

Give to those who cannot give back.
