Hamburgers and pizzas may be convenient but they can also be unhealthy. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of fast food

These days, it is a fact that fast food is becomes popular due to its convenience. However, there are some drawbacks of this kind of food in terms of health. So I will compare the advantages and disadvantages of fast food.

On the one hand, there are two outstanding advantages of humburgers and pizzas. It is obvious that this type of food is convenient and delicious. Fast food is always available almost everywhere and every time because of the dramatic increase of fast food brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Texas, ..etc. For instance, an office staff who has a hectic schedule will be a potential customer for the brands.
Furthermore, each brand has their unique recipe and diverse menus to satisfy their fastidious consumers. For example, KFC has many of source for their fried chicken.

On the other hand, hamburgers and pizzas undoubtedly have a bad influence on consumers’ health. Almost fast food contains lubricating oil which is a main element leads to obesity. To children who is attracted by fantastic taste of this junk food, in case their parents accept their offer of buying food several times a week would make the children quit their main meals which include necessary nutrients. Moreover, the price of pizzas and hamburgers is not a low-priced thus spending plenty of money on fast food is not a brilliant choice. For example, a man eats a pizza cost 20 dollars and a hamburger cost 5 dollars once a day, in a week, he will lose about 175 dollars and receive lots of fatty substance which cause overweight.

To sum up, it is true that hamburgers and pizzas is really convenient but their bad effects on health is undeniable. In my opinion, we should have a balance and suitable diet.
