Give reply/Do reply ??

If i want to ask someone to reply to my messaging/email.. What should be written in case of informal and formal messages/mails?
Is it:
1. Do reply me
2. Do give reply
3. Give reply
4. Reply back

Is there anyone who could help me out in this regard.
Thanks

Thanks cliff.. It seems to be formal. Suppose if its for our near and dear ones, then? Is there any alternative for 'Please reply'.

You can say whatever you want, depending how eager you are for a reply.

I can hardly wait for your reply.
I can't wait to hear from you.
Please answer soon; I'm eager to hear from you.
