Give him my best wishes

Hi

Do the underlined utterances sound natural to native speakers?

[B's father has had his surgery]

A- Is your father OK now?
B- Not a 100% -- but he's improving.
A - Give him my best wishes/Pass on my warm regards to him.
B - Sure, I will.

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks, MM.

Thanks again -- and the last question.

In fact, just want to ensure if the use of pass on is making the sentence stilted or the use of regards.

Are these OK?

Give him my warm regards.
Give him by best regards.
Give him my regards.

Tom

PS: I assume pass on may sound natural here?

I passed on her
