Hi,

Thanks a lot MM.

There were two phrases that I have posted many times yet still ask you.

Because no answers I want.

The two conundrum phrases:

(1) gold of poor quality;

(2) the quality of gold;

What do they mean? How to difine the two "of"?

Thank you for your help.

In #1, 'of' = possessing. For #2 I cannot judge without its sentence: alone it seems anomalous. See
