I think you mean "not give a flying platypus about something". That is perhaps a euphemistic, nonsensical variation on "not give a (flying) f**k (about something)". Here is the context:
Q:How have you changed in the past year?
A:last year I was really self-conscious and this year I really don't give a flying platypus of what people think of me. well, It's a lot less than last year for sure. I've gained a lot more confidence too.
