Is the following grammatical?

I'd just say "It's a class for girls". Use "women" instead of "girls" if they are not children, of course.

It is not acceptable, and it does not sound at all natural.

I would think if you hyphenate girl with student (girl-student) class, it would be better, but I still don't think it is good wording.

It is a class for girls.
