Personally, I don't use gift as a verb, but if I did, I would use it with with . gifted her with ... I use the verb present with with also, but I have heard it without with as well.

Both forms (to gift someone something & to gift someone with something) are correct.
"Present" and "grant" do not require "with".

If you care about annoying people, don't use "gift" as a verb that way at all. He gave her the flowers. There are unusual abstract uses for the verb, but it sounds trendy and non-standard in this context.
