Is it possible to use "to" instead of "for" in a phrase "a gift to get into trouble" ?

I think you mean "a gift for getting into trouble."

Use "for."

That does sound okay - but you might be more likely to hear "talent" instead of "gift" - at least where I am.

You can say it either way: a gift/talent to write like that or a gift/talent for writing like that.
