Get/use it or not?

Hi,
here are the sentences:
which of these are correct?

1. The internet line got disconnected.
The Internet line disconnected.

2. I'm stuck in the traffic.
I got stuck in the traffic.

3. I'm overwhelmed
I got overwhelmed.

4. I'm finished
I got finished

In my opinion, 2 & 3 are both correct. for the others, not sure.

Hmm. Yes, I suppose so, but I think I always omit got. I'm not sure.

The idiomatic way to say it is "I got stuck in traffic."
