Getting vs. being vs. having

I would prefer getting picked up from the hotel.
I would prefer being picked up from the hotel.

1. Which of the sentences above is correct and natural?
2. Is there any difference?
3. Can I also say '...having picked up...'? Is the meaning the same as above?

Both are correct. The second is more natural. That's the only difference.

You couldn't say, "having picked up," but you could say, "I would prefer to have someone pick me up at the hotel." In this case, you would use "at the hotel," rather than "from the hotel," to conform with standard usage. I don't think from the hotel is incorrect; it just isn't how native speakers would speak.

In fact, and this might be a regional difference, I would use "at the hotel"
