Getting here/ coming here

In a formal e-mail:

"Should you have any problems in getting here, please don't hesitate to contact me"

Can anyone explain why we use getting here, and not coming here?

Thank you.

Hi. Get is more formal in that context. Come decribes the exact location and it is not appropriate for formal letters.
