Could you tell me differences of meaning among the 'work,' 'worked,' and 'working' in the following sentence?

There is somthing that I can't understand though I try to.
I know "The machine works very well." is fine. However, I think "The machine is worked by wind power." is also possible because the verb, "work" can be used as an intransitive verb and a transitive verb.
So, I can't understand why "I can't make my computer worked." is not good or wrong.
