Get well in a few days

Hello everyone.

Could you evaluate each of the following three sentences depending on whether it is natural? Here, I'd like to write a sentence which is close in meaning to "Tom will become recover in a couple of days."

(A) Tom will get well in a few days.
(B) Tom will get good in a few days.
(C) Tom will be good in a few days.
