I have no idea which is more natural because there is no context given. What are you trying to pull?
eg.
My cat gets angry every time I try to pull its tail.

Try not to give examples with pronouns that cannot be resolved by context. For example, in this sentence we don't know what "it" is. And what do you mean by "like that"?
