Get up to take

Frank: Honey, I think Molly needs to have her diaper changed.

Lily: Yeah...

Frank: Yeah. It's your turn.

Lily sighs, and gets up to take Molly.

Is it enough to write gets up to take Molly to mean that she will get up from the table she's sitting at to take Molly to the bathroom to change her? Will it be understood?
