Get up or stand up

I hope somebody can answer my question.
I work as an English teacher and the pupils in our school are supposed to stand to greet the teacher when he comes in. What do you say to those pupils who remain in their seats when the teache comes in.
I once heard a teacher say to a whole class still sitting: "Everybody up, please!"
Is that correct?
Or would you rather say: "Get up, please!" or "Stand up, please!" or "Please rise, everyone!"
It all sound a bit awkward to me.
Please help!
Thank you!

Bob Marley used both get up and stand up Emotion: smile. 'Rise' sounds quite formal; in a courtroom they say, "All rise."
