Get (two possible definitions)

Hi teachers,
Would the definitions between parentheses be appropriate ones for 'get'?
A: Are you going to get (to obtain for) us some drinks?
B: All right, Mary. I'll get them. (I'll obtain them).

Thanks in advance.
