Grammar

get to that place

Can I say,

Please do not get to that place, it has a lot of snakes.

Is this sentence grammatically and semantically correct?

I mean, by this sentence, that, "please do not move to that place, it has a lot of snakes, it will kill you".

Please help me.

Grammatically OK but I don't think "get to" is a semantically correct choice. This is what my non-native intuition tells me. I would use Please keep away from that place; there are lots of snakes there.
