Last year you told me you will give me $500 dollars if I passed this exam. Now I have got through the exam, could I take you up on that offer of a $500 dollar.

Are these sentences correct?

Are these sentences correct? Saying "will do something" is essentially a promise to do something - so I would say " i am taking yo

So it should be "Now I have got through the exam, could I taking you up on your promise".

Am I right?

I wouldn't use the conditional.

"Now I have passed the exam, I am taking you up on your promise."
