What's the difference?
I will have him doing (or do) that!
or
I will get him doing (or to do ) that!
Which one is positive? Which one is negative? In both it can be persuasion or force or order, which one is usually which!?

It seems to me that Anon's are assuming an emphasised "will". In the case of an unemphasised "will" (normally contracted to "I'll" in everyday speech), "I'll have him do that" and "I'll get him to do that" do not need to be particularly forceful or involve particular effort or persuasion.

All other things being equal, I don't see a huge difference in meaning between "have someone do something" and "get someone to do something". Personally I would use the latter one more often, but
