get someone happy

"Make someone happy" is far and away the most common thing to say.

I can see a situation in which you say to someone "Let's go out and see if we can get you happy again" but it's NOT common.

"Make" almost exclusively.

I'd take get someone happy as get someone intoxicated (with alcohol or drugs)!
I'd go blank on hearing have someone happy. It's meaningless.

Would it be fine to say 'make someone angry' or 'get someone angry?

I think "he made me angry" is the most frequent expression, though "he got me angry" is more used than "he got me happy"

I don't know, but I'd rather say "someone got me angry", and "his attitude made me angry" - but it may be a personal quirk
