Get sleeping pattern on track

Get sleeping pattern on track. Can you tell me whether that is natural English? Here is the explanation.

I had to pull an all night to get my sleeping pattern on track again. I kept falling asleep at 10 am so decided not to sleep the whole day so I'd fall sleep early that night and wake up in the morning like everyone.

Thank you very much

It's natural enough. 'On track' simply means on schedule. [ The event might be better expressed as an all-nighter.
