0If the hosptial president get rid of the heard nurse, the abusive is still existed. The analogy is the same on one of those goverments I saw on TV. When the king died, his successor, who was the the king's oldest son, would use his power wrongly as if his dad did. The new king had never thought about that great power came with great reponsibilty. Eventually, the king was overthrown by a hero. The hero, who was brave, rallied the suppressors againt the king. Therfore, the new goverment replaced the old the goverment. The abusive problem was gone. 02br
