i want to get attested my marksheets.

i want my marksheets to be attested.

i want to get my marksheets attested.

i have an application to write to attest my marksheet by university. which one of above is right?

and one more qquestion

I am so pleased to hav crossed off the worlds 2nd largest football stadium from my list.

can u explain the the use of to+have+pp(crossed off) in above sentence.
