Get off the bus?

Let's say I am on a bus or train.

" Excuse me, where should I get off the bus to go to the X museum? "

"Excuse me, at which station should I get off to go to the X museum? "

Which is more correct?

Also, can I replace the words "get off" with something else?

Thank you!
