Get off, get down, come down, come off

Hi,

Would you help me determine what verb phrases I should use in these contexts?

My son is standing on a chair. Which one should I say?
'get off", "get down", "come down" or "come off"?

If he is sitting on a seesaw, which is correct?
It is suppertime. ( ). Let's go home.

If I am holding him, what should I say?
( ). My arms are tired.
