Get moved, start in together and left back.

Helo again,

"Milholland's gone. He got moved to Cape Flattery- Milhollands and Robert Miller.
Me and Smoltz, we started in together when they left back in September", said Levant"

- got moved
- started in
- left back

I cannot find this three frasal verbs (?) in dictionaries. And so, I cannot understand it's exact meant.

Thanks for your kindness
