Get me through a therapy

I am suffering from some mental issues, so get me through a therapy before I go crazy.

Is get me through idiomatic, grammatical? I think get me is more idiomatic, but I want to also say that he needs to go through the therapy, and not just get one.

I would put it a little differently. I am suffering from some mental issues, so please get me to a therapist before I go crazy. CJ
