What should I say?
Who did you get married to?
To whom did you get married? Or who did you marry?
Are all these sentences correct?

All are fine, but "To whom did you get married ?" is a little too formal.

Also note that you could ask a priest or a marriage celebrant "Who did you marry ?". In that case it means you are asking the priest/celebrant who the couple (who got married) are.
