Can I say,

(a) Susan sprained her ankle. I tried to help her but she is too heavy.

(b) Susan sprained her ankle. I tried to help her / get her up / get up her, but she was too heavy.

(c) Susan sprained her ankle. I tried to lift / carry her up.

(d) Susan tried to pull up the lady / pull the lady up.
