I heard this phrase in a movie called Undisputed 2 What does "get it" mean here? It means You don't care about it?

"My name It's Nikolai and i know you don't get it."

Usually 'get it' means to understand, as in, 'He didn't understand the joke--he didn't get it.'

One of the many meanings of get is understand.
What and why the listener doesn't understand is hard to say from that line alone.
