Get his scene [but cut out all blood.]

The censoring of a mugger does bother me. It is closer to a joke scene than anything but no reason to censor it when it's not much of it. Worst part is that you can still get his scene but cut out all blood. I get it was made for western audiences to appeal but still annoying.

1. I think "but cut out all blood" likely means "but with one all blood-cut out" or "but in one all blood-cut out," and "cut out all blood" is a compound adjective.

If so, I was wondering why it is "cut out all blood," not "all blood cut out."

2. I think "for western audiences to appeal but still annoying" means "in order to appeal for western audiences."

If so, I was wondering why "for western" is fronted before "to appeal."
