GET, HAVE and MADE

Can you tell me how you'd naturally say these 3 sentences?

1 It's an extra 10 dollars to get the pants tailored/to have the pants tailored.

2 She got me sick./made me sick.

3 It's getting cold out. Buy a warm jacket because you'd rather be warm than cold when going out.

Thank you

3. It's getting cold out. (All of the rest is implied by, "It's getting cold out.", and there's no need to say any of it.)
