00Shouldn't there be a full stop instead of a question mark in 01i00I was wondering if 'get doing it' was ok to say? 02i00? I remember that you use a full stop in sentences like 'I wonder if I spelt it correctly.' I wonder if this is not always the case. 05002br

00No, in a question beginning with "I was wondering" a question mark is tecnically not correct. But, since it is actually a polite question, it's not unusual to see the question mark used that way in informal writing.02br

0 I think SunshineHorror's question stems from the fact that the verb 'do' is used transitively 02br
00(Get doing 01b00it02b00."). 02br
00"Get 01i00verb02i00-ing." (i.e. no object in the sentence) is probably the more common format. 02br
00Another common command is "Get moving."0-
