Get cuckold's horns,neck-ruffles, Yorik skulls

Hi,

Would anyone please explain what these items as below mean or stand for?

  • cuckold's horns,
  • neck-ruffles,
  • Yorik skulls

I heard they were mentioned in The Simpsons-American cartoon.

In an open theatre which was going to stage a drama of Shakespeare's, a man was selling them, "Get cuckold's horns, neck-ruffles, Yorik skulls".

A customer bought the cuckold's horns and wore it on the head. He turned around to see the couple who sat next to him, and the couple began kissing. Then he said, "That works". Why did he say that?

From my desk research, it seems to me that Yorik skulls was relevant to the drama named Hamlet by Shakespeare, but I don't quite understand.

Many thanks!
