Get carry away
Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer was refusing to get carried away after his side beat South Africa by seven wickets in a World Cup warm-up match on Friday.
South Africa may be number one in the rankings but Woolmer said he was taking the result with "a pinch of salt".
"It's a 13-a-side game. We need to win when the real matches start," said the Pakistan coach.
South Africa coach Mickey Arthur said: "There is absolutely no panic. This was just a practice match."

What is the meaning of 'get carried away' in the above?
One of my dictionaries says the meaning of the words 'carry away' is less controlled or less reasonable. Still can't fathom out the meaning here.
