Is this sentence natural, particularly this part 'get back tome with a positive answer'?

If the establishment I applied to for a job gets back to me with a positive answer, I most likely start at the end of the month.

This mostly likely will not be heard in this part of America. Establishment - sounds a bit too heavy for the context.
