get back/ come back

Dear

"Anne (came back /got back) home after she had had finner with me."

Which is correct? or both?

To determine the best way of saying this, it is necessary to know more detail about what happened. For example, did Anne return to the speaker's home with the speaker? Did she return alone to her own home?

Both are correct grammatically. But logically, only one makes sense. I assume my location is not her home.
The past perfect is not really the best choice, either. Simple past is more common.
