you need to be patient, especially in this section, which not many people check regularly. Sometimes it might even take a couple days to get an answer about pronunciation.
I listened to the clip, and what I hear is something like:
Mummy got all upset, and [...] thrown all your clothes out the window.

It's got a really noisy background and it's British English, so there you go -- two strikes against my understanding it.

Nevertheless, I get this, and I'm 99.7% certain that this is what is said:

Mummy got all upset and started throwing all your clothes out the window.
