Get a suture

"This morning my car run over a big nail and had a flat tire and I had to pull it nearly 1 km to a car repair shop to get a suture."

Is this sentence natural to say?

Thank you so much, Teachers

"Suture" is generally used for repair on humans, not cars. I would write your sentence this way: "This morning my car ran over a big nail and had a flat tire. "

Dear Doctor D and members,

- In this sentence I mean I had to use my strength to push my car nearly 1 km to a car repair shop

In that case, I would say:
" This morning my car ran over a big nail and had a flat tire. I had to push it myself nearly 1 km to a car repair shop to have a patch. get it fixed/get it patched. "

Dear Doctor D and members!

Can I say like this?

"This morning my car ran over a big nail and had a flat tire. I had to take out a box of hand tools set and patch the hole myself."

Thank you very much

Okay, except instead of saying

"a box of hand tools set"

I would say:

a box of hand tools
or
a set of hand tools
