get a shed of

Hello,

I would like to know if this the following sentence sounds good. This is what I have written down from an interview but I am not sure if I heard the word "shed" correctly:

I do not believe that you can get into that multimedia future until you tackle that culture you get a shed of that quick culture.

Thank you.

"... you get a shed of that quick culture" does not make sense, and it is not obvious what was actually said (or meant). Do you have any more context that might help explain what the speaker was talking about in that part?

You have to go to "Talking to experts / Video" and then on the Video.

I think he says:

"I don't believe you can get to that multimedia future till you tackle that culture, and you've got to shatter that print culture."
